Things to remember while using AVRON carbon steel cookware
1. Before cooking Always coat the pan with thin layer of oil and heat it until it smokes and repeat the process 2-3 times
2. Avoid dishwashers – always hand wash with mild soap using soft sponge
3. Avoid cooking acidic foods initially
4. Carbon steel heats up quickly so use medium to low heat
5. After washing, dry the cookware immediately with a towel to prevent rust
6. Always apply a thin layer of oil and store your cookware in the colored bag provided in packaging.
7. The non-stick surface improves with regular use and proper seasoning. Be patient and consistent with maintenance.
